The 2011 Club Championship was won by Mark Buss and Jim Messenger in what proved to be a close fought affair and as you can see from the scores very trying conditions. The winning score of 160 (16 over par) just goes to prove that point. Mark’s round was going great until he carded a “10” on the 9^th hole so to hang on to share the title is a remarkable achievement.

The Ralph Plant Cup for the net prize was won by Billy Burnham and follows up his win in the new members’ cup earlier in the year. Bill had a net 69 on the second day which was the only score in the 60’s from all the players who played over the weekend.
